I am new in the blogging business, the first thing I do is to post to hosted blogs, most of the blogs I am working on are wordpress based, its well known that WordPress is wonderful for automated posting, managing and much more, together with Open Source License make the wordpress the most famous and versatile blogging software of all time.
After a while I believed that build my own blogs will be more beneficial, because then I can use established and fully owned blogs to advertise other websites, this is not something new, the existence of blog networks already says it all, the thing is that I don’t control those blogs, not to mention I can’t just post to them, obviously I will have to pay the owner to use their blogs, probably not cheap at all.
If you have tried to maintain a few different blogs you will know its not easy, if you’re not using your blogs as spamming device, to write interesting content is always time consuming, remember real value is always difficult to achieve. There are some interesting examples, such as this one, Ecommerce Hosting, it has a nice name, and there are a lot of interesting articles on it, since this is not a themed blog, there are all kinds of posts on the site. Here is another one, GPS deal, this blog has a theme, the content on the this site has a theme, quite a few keywords rank well for this site. Its easy to show more similar sites, but the basics are all the same. Here is one last note, in your little net you should have some loose blogs, put some random content on those blogs occasionally, just like this blog, Zencart Design, this will make a blog network more like naturally built blog groups.
If you have a few established blogs already, add more blogs when you can, use the old ones to promote the new ones, this is the way to build your own blogging network. This is just an idea, the real stuff will be more complicated, follow the professional recommendations and ethic codes of online conduct you will be fine.
